Doffs Poi's selftitled debut mini-album is full of surprises and firecrackers, oozes of self-confidence, attitude and playfulness from another world! This awesomeness will be revealed to the world April 13th through Dayladore Collective, available in a digital format and on a 50x70 cm Poster!

A near psychedelic and energetic explosion of sounds turn into songs that could be compared to a five year old in a playland on a rush of too much sugar. This describes a band who to an extended degree let the music guide them. Through rough tones, peculiar lyrics and melodies, and extremely surprising moves on the drums, they create a universe of their own. Their music has been described as happy-jazz-core, an strange blend of three personalities who love to create music in unison. Doffs Poi have been compared to bands likeDeerhoof, Wildbirds & Peacedrums, Animal Alpha and Kobert.

"All musicians are good, exept those who are even better. What this trio showed us is that it is possible to radiate musicality, you can tell by looking at them, they handle their instruments as naturally as they use their toothbrush. Bergs voice and lyrics were laid over Grönbergs steadily synthesized fundament which again was accompanied by drums that constantly keeps you interested, swedish Järmyr might be in the wake of fellow swede Jon Fält and danish Kresden Osgood prior works, but at the same time delivers something personal in heavy bassdrums and underlying symptoms of rock."
